I spent my weekend finding awareness. Awareness of myself and my limiting beliefs. I didn’t even realize I had some of these beliefs and it was eye-opening. It is amazing how we come into the world innocent, without prejudice, saying whatever comes to mind and looking at the world in awe and wonder but as we grow and experience the world, our environment and relationships, we change, and our programs change. We form unconscious beliefs that influence the choices we make, the actions we take, the way we communicate and how we show up. One negative event in our childhood can change the projection of our life. I completed the Genesis course last weekend which took me out of my comfort zone but opened my eyes to why I had the relationships that I had and why things go the way that they do. The light came on and lit up my awareness of the programming I experienced which formed the beliefs that control my actions. Emotional? Very!!! Did I find the experience valuable? 1000% I am grateful for the experience that shined a light on the things that are holding me back and gave me a path to get passed them and start making the changes to transform my story to be my authentic self. It helped me to see the flaws in how I communicate in my relationships and inspired me to put myself first and to have the same integrity for myself that I do for others. To show up for myself. It gave me a new perspective and helped me to feel inspired again. I am grateful and excited for this journey and the improvements that will follow. It was so many insights, I am still putting it all together.
